What it does
Sign-ups run free for as long as you need them. The live features turn on with one payment, any time before or during the day.
The room on the big screen
Guests post messages and photos from their phones and they land on the projector. Moderation holds anything rough for you, and one tap blanks the screens.
Headcounts that hold up
Families sign each other up and sort into households as they come in, so the number you plan against is right before the doors open.
Kids counted properly
Kids ride along on the family sign-up, play in their own divisions on their own deadlines, and their allergy notes reach the adult who needs them.
Drafts, seating and results
Team drafts seeded by experience. Tables that keep households together. A coordinator packet that rebuilds itself from live data whenever you ask.
A person on it, all day
Every event gets live human support while it runs. Doors open to doors closed, you reach someone who can work the problem right then.

Pavilion is ours, built and run by Whitestone. Your guest list is yours, the photos and the results leave with you, and if it does not work on the day we refund what you paid for that event.
