Connect your mailbox
Add your mailbox with an app password from your email provider. Connect stores it encrypted, and you can revoke it anytime without changing your real password.

Design your templates
Pick a starting point, then set the layout, colors, fonts, logo, signature and footer, with a live preview. Keep up to five, and add rules so the right one is used for the right people.

Ask Claude
Add Connect to Claude once. Then ask in plain words: find the thread, summarize the week, draft the reply in your client template.

Claude, inside your Whitestone platform
Turn it on from Settings in your platform. Each person on your team links their own Claude, and it sees only what they can see in the app.
Ask about your business
Your clients, tasks, meetings and invoices, answered from your own records. Ask in plain words, the way you would ask a colleague.
Nothing reaches a client without you
Anything a client would see comes back to you as a preview first. It happens only after you say yes.

Before you start
Do I need a Whitestone platform?
Not for Mail Connect. It works on its own with any mailbox that supports IMAP. App Connect is the part that needs a Whitestone platform.
What do I need?
A mailbox that supports IMAP with an app password (Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Titan, GoDaddy, Zoho, Fastmail and most web hosts do; Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not supported yet), and a Claude account that can add custom connectors.
Is my email password stored?
No. You create a separate app password for Connect. It is stored encrypted, and you can revoke it from your email provider at any time.
Does email come from a new address?
No. Claude sends from your own address, so replies come back to your inbox and a copy lands in your Sent folder.
What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged when the 14 days end, unless you cancel first from the Billing page. Switch plans or cancel anytime.

Churches, ministries and registered nonprofits. Same features as Team at half the price.
